About Bioma Tinto

2010 is the first harvest of this wine, which is made only with grapes from our vineyards of the Quinta de Nápoles, where we have practiced organic viticulture certified since 2012. The youngest vineyards were used, about 20 years old, and the intention was to intervene less than usual throughout the winemaking process. The stage was made in barrels of recovered old wood, from Port wine barrels, and the objective was to obtain a purer wine, without influence of the wood, but with firm and elegant tannins.
