edition of Poeirinho 2012, Dirk Niepoort decided to leave 2 varieties for a
longer stage, with the intention of creating
Garrafeira da Bairrada. The wine always maintained an enormous freshness
and the long stage brought more complexity and structure. Poeirinho Garrafeira
2012 comes from several very old parcels, some of which are centenary.
