About VV Vinhas Velhas White

Quinta de Baixo Vinhas Velhas is born from the result of the combination of the vineyards Maria Gomes and Bical of centuries-old vineyards with a perfect limestone terroir. Due to the high natural acidity, these vines originate wines with pH below 3.0, being possible to perform the malolactic that occurs in 1000-liter Fuders over 60 years old, coming from Mosel. VV represents the incredible lightness and complexity of Bairrada.
