About Água Viva

Bairrada is a region of excellence for the production of sparkling wines. The "terroir" of limestone and the natural acidity of the Bical, Cercial and Maria Gomes varieties are exceptional attributes that allow the production of high quality sparkling wines. In 2013, in Quinta de Baixo we keep the tradition of producing classic-style sparkling wines with very low dosage, we created Água Viva, a raw sparkling wine, blanc des blancs, exclusively from the 2013 harvest.
