Teppo Peixe Branco

About Teppo Peixe Branco
Teppo is in Japanese
the name of a weapon taken to Japan by the Portuguese in the sixteenth century
and that revolutionized the form of war in the country. Teppo Peixe was created
with the intention of harmonizing with Japanese cuisine, where delicate flavours
are evident. Vinified in stainless steel, with slight carbon dioxide and some
residual sugar, this wine was vinified "in the old fashion", the
typical white imature wine, but with great purity and elegance, it is a perfect
wine to accompany the Japanese gastronomy or dishes of subtle flavours
